The pork T-bone is cut from the bottom of the loin and has the loin and the fillet.

Well, these big, juicy pork T-Bones offer a nice medallion of fillet and a nice piece of succulent, full flavoured loin.
Please choose if you would prefer skin on or skin off.
Suitable for freezing.
Freeze on day of receiving product.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.

Brushed with a little oil, the pork T-bone is delicious grilled, fried, oven baked and great on the BBQ.
To fry: allow the chop to come to room temperature. Heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Cook the chops to your liking - we recommend 4-5 minutes each side. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.
