Pre-heat a nonstick frying pan and fry the lamb on all sides to seal the meat over a high heat. Then transfer to a roasting tin and cook in a pre-heated oven for 15-17 minutes (for medium) or 20-22 minutes (for well done) at 190C/GM5.
