Our ham loins are really an amazing product and when smoked over oak and beechwood it just takes this product to another level.
Our ham loins are gold award winning and are so easy to prepare. Pre-glazed with honey & mustard and are sold in our oven ready roasting bags. Simply bake according to instructions, easy to carve and delicious hot or cold. Also available with out glaze.

Cook in oven ready roasting bag. Preheat oven to 180C/GM4. Place loin in an oven roasting tray and cook for 20 minutes + 40 minutes per Kg. Remove from oven and rest for 10-15 minutes prior to carving.
