All our beef is 100% Scotch and exclusively from the world famous certified Aberdeen Angus Breed. Our Extra lean Stew and kidney is an ideal choice for any slow cooked beef dish. These delicious chunks are best browned and then allowed to cook slowly for at least 2 hours. Suitable for freezing.

Dust steak in seasoned flour and brown at a high temperature. Remove steak from pan and add prepared vegetables soften return steak add liquid( not too much ) season and cook for 1-1/1/2 hours.
