Description
If you are on a low fat or high protein diet this is the mince of choice. McCaskie's rump steak mince is produced from the lean beef cuts from the rump. Fully trimmed of all visual fat and minced three times in small batches to ensure the freshest and leanest mince possible. Typically less than 2% fat.
Suitable for freezing.
Cooking Tips
Simply brown mince in a little oil and add some diced onion and carrot, season and a add a little water. perfect base for a bolognese or simply lean mince and tatties. Replace pasta/potatoes with wholemeal pasta or brown rice for an even healthier meal.
