Description
All our beef is 100% Scotch and exclusively from the world famous certified Aberdeen Angus Breed. Our Extra lean Stew is an ideal choice for any slow cooked beef dish. These delicious chunks are best browned and then allowed to cook slowly for at least 2 hours. Fantastic for steak pie, goulash, slow cooked beef curry and all other slow cooked beef dishes. Suitable for freezing.
Cooking Tips
Dust steak in seasoned flour and brown at a high temperature. Remove steak from pan and add prepared vegetables soften return steak add liquid( not too much ) season and cook for 1-1/1/2 hours.

Beef marrow bones are great roasted up and then boiled for stock or remove the beef marrow and add to mince dishes and burgers for a richer dish. Dogs dont mind them either!
