Once in our shop this all went into sausages. Now it has found fame as the key ingredient for fantastic pulled pork. Best with skin on but if you do not wish this, please state in the comments and we will happily remove the skin. Slowly cooked in the oven or also great in the slow cooker, pork shoulder is now being enjoyed and is easy to cook – patience is key. Long & Slow = Easy & Delicious! Recommended 200g per person/serving.
