Our fantastic pork comes from Stobbs Farm in Hawick where the pork is outdoor reared. All our pork is c arefully matured for 7 days to enhance flavour and tenderness.Pork does offer so much, taste, exceptional value, great flavour and with a pork rib roast – sensational presentation. Carve through the crunchy skin, and down the side of each bone. Wow! This is a wow factor roast for special meals and festive celebrations.

Suitable for freezing.

Allow you meat to come up to room temperature, remove from vacuum pack and allow ten minutes to 'bloom' Pork will be a little wet pat dry and rub with plenty of sea salt. 1) Preheat your oven to 210-230C/GM6-8. Place your uncovered joint in the oven and blast for 20 minutes if joint is 2Kg. 2) Reduce the temperature to 160C/GM3 and roast for the following times uncovered. 20-25 minutes per 500g. 3) Allow to rest before carving. Pork juices should run just clear. Tip: Dry skin and rub with plenty of oil.
