Beef Short rib now a firm favourite in the trendiest restaurants throughout the land. Our short ribs are hand cut from a small selection of the shoulder and flank. They are cut into full single rib portions for 1 serving. Cook slowly in stock with vegetables or in a water bath for 24 hours at a low temperature. Whilst it may take a bit longer cooking it this way it totally worth the effort! The rich beefy taste and meat that will fall of the bone will simply melt in the mouth.
Suitable for freezing.
