Our boiling beef from the flank of finest Scotch beef. Cook slowly is water with some vegetables to make a delicious stock for soup with lovely tender beef to add through.
100% Scotch Aberdeen Angus Beef
Place meat in water and bring to boil. We recommend adding some root vegetables for extra flavour. Once brought to the boil, reduce to a simmer and skim the fat from the surface. Tip: dont add too much water better to make a strong stock and dilute than have weak stock. Remove meat and set aside. Drain stock and cool .
