Cooking Tips
Brushed with a little oil, the pork T-bone is delicious grilled, fried, oven baked and great on the BBQ. To fry: allow the chop to come to room temperature. Heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Cook the chops to your liking - we recommend 4-5 minutes each side. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.
