Without doubt one of Nigel's greatest achievements, spending years tweaking and tasting our black pudding and others till he found the flavour profile which he felt was just right. Winning his first big competition in 2002 then winning again the tile in 2005. He didnt rest and as tastes changed he developed and tweaked again to what it is today. Consistency is key and every batch is made in small quantities exactly the same as the last.
The greatest thing about our black pudding is that it not only tastes great with a lovely texture but the fact it leaves such a clean mouth feel unlike others.
