Since 2002 the year we won the Scottish Craft Butchers Make it with Meat Award, this product remains the most commercially successful product in the competitions history. Now sold in butchers and supermarkets around the UK but first created by Nigel here in Wemyss Bay.
Cooking Tips
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C/GM4 for 25 minutes. Great served with mash and peppercorn sauce.
