As it comes from the front of the animal its does a lot of work and does require long slow cooking.
Why not try our brisket with a sticky brisket sauce in the slow cooked and do pulled beef.
Brisket is an excellent choice for smoking or for the BBQ. If smoking its best to brine in a 5% brine for 24-48 hours.

Cooking Tips
Remove all packaging and allow brisket to 'bloom' for 10-15 minutes. Pot Roast or Slow Roast in a preheated oven at 180C/GM4-5 for 35 minutes per 450g plus an extra 30-40 minutes.
