When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.

Cooking Tips
Pan fried on a high heat for 4 minutes each side. Alternatively, wrap in foil and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C/GM4 for 20-25 minutes.
