Ian Dickson has worked hard at his Scalpsie Bay farm on the Isle of Bute to become a fully Organic certfied farm producing the finest Scotch Lamb. At McCaskie's we source all our lambs from Ian and then age them for a minimum of 7 days. This results in tender full flavoured lamb. This wonderful selection brings the taste of this special lamb into your kitchen. This slection includes:
