McCaskie's raw beef ham, is thin slices cut from the topside from the finest 100% Scotch beef. While delicious quick fried, our beef ham is the essential ingredient for homemade beef olives. Wrapped round our beef or pork sausages allows for easy and tasty D.I.Y beef olives. Best cooked with onions and stock for 1 hr at 180C. For another taste dimension sprinkle some of McCaskie's on our beef ham spices to your beef olives.
Simply heat in a little oil and fry gently for 2-3 minutes each side.
