This very special salt created a wee bit further down the coast from us near Ayr. An incredible wooden tower structure, almost medival looking, allows sea water to pass down through blackthorn branches and is evaporated by west coast winds resulting in this pure Scottish Sea Salt crystals and are a quality essential for adding natural seasoning to your dishes.
