Pork Leg Roast

At McCaske's we ensure our pork legs are matured for a minimum of 7 days to ensure the pork you are buying is easy to roast, tender and succulent.
Our quality pork is aged so something as simple as a pork leg roast will deliver on all fronts – flavour, tenderness, ease of cooking and of course great value!

Suitable for freezing.
Freeze on day of receiving product.
Frozen shelf life – 3 months.
Fresh Shelf Life – same or next day.
Vacuum Pack Shelf – as per label.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.
Please wash hands after handling raw meat.

Pre-heat oven to 180C/GM4. Allow roast to come up to room temperature. Season to taste, place in a roasting tin and allow 20 minutes per 500g plus an extra 30 minutes. Remove roast from oven and allow to settle for 15-20 minutes prior to carving.​
