Our finest Pork Which we carefully dry age to ensure or Scottish Pork chops are full of flavour and succulent. We have marinaded them in delcious Peri Peri style lemon & herb marinade.
Cooking Tips
These big juicy chops can be done the grill, fried or on the BBQ. Easy in the oven too! Grill/Fry/BBQ for 3-4 minutes each side on a medium heat. Oven Bake for 15 minutes at 180C/Gm 4 wrapped in foil for the first 10 minutes then open up to crisp up.
