Description
Lovely, tender with delicious flavours and there is something nice about cutting or biting from bone. The bone does add flavour, holds the shape and helps the cooking.Our Jerk marinade adds a real warming carribean flavour to our delicious pork.
Suitable for freezing.
Cooking Tips
Grill/fry/BBQ. To fry: allow the chop to come to room temperature. Heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Cook the chops to your liking - we recommend 4-5 minutes each side. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.

Marinade: vegetable oils 70% (rapeseed, sunflower), vegetables (spring onion, garlic, bell peppers), spices (allspice, chillies, jalapeño pepper, smoked paprika, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon), salt, cane sugar, natural flavourings, paprika concentrate, orange peel, 0.3% herbs (thyme).
