Description
Lovely and tender with delicious natural flavours and there is something nice about cutting or biting from bone. The bone does add flavour, holds the shape and helps the cooking.
Cooking Tips
Grill/fry/BBQ. To fry: allow the chop to come to room temperature. Heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Cook the chops to your liking - we recommend 4-5 minutes each side. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.
