Cooking Tips
Please follow instructions on the roasting bag for best results. If Your roast doesn't come in the roasting bag or you choose to remove it follow the instructions below. 1) Preheat your oven to 210-230C/GM6-8. Place your uncovered joint in the oven and blast for 20 minutes if joint is 2Kg. 2) Reduce the temperature to 160C/GM3 and roast for the following times uncovered. 20-25 minutes per 500g. 3) Allow to rest before carving. Pork juices should run just clear.
