All our beef is produced by a small group of farmers and is 100% Scotch. All McCaskie’s beef is exclusively from native British breeds, which include Aberdeen Angus, Shorthorn, Galloway, Ling, Belted Galloway and Hereford.
Reared on a grass-based diet, these breeds are renowned for their excellent eating quality, and are naturally well-marbled and when matured on the bone are incredibly tender.
