Simply grill, BBQ or oven bake and serve in a flat bread or pitta with cous cous or rice with a big dollop of garlic mayonnaise or Spicy sauce . Suitable for freezing.
Cooking Tips
Grill/Fry/BBQ or oven Bake. 12-15 minutes over a medium heat turning occasionally. Delicious served in wrap or pitta bread.Add salad or onions & peppers with some mayo- Delicious!
