Cooking Tips
For the slicing haggis. Grill/fry for 2-3 minutes each side or microwave on full power for 2 minutes. For the whole haggis place in boiling water and reduce to a simmer and cook for 45 minutes & for the bairn 25 minutes.

Dried vegetables (onions,sweetcorn,leeks, mushrooms),BARLEY flakes, PULSES(chick peas),salt,spice(pepper,pimento), mixed herbs, wheat rusk contains: calcium iron, niacin & thiamin.
