PLASTIC CASING Our larger haggis are ideal for burns time. The plastic casing makes the haggis easier cook with less chance of bursting. Our Haggis which we believe is “Scotland's Most Awarded Haggis”Its rich and creamy, with a good level of spice and nice peppery finish.

Our Haggis has been created with passion and dedication by Nigel over 20 years. The hard work paid off when in 2015 McCaskie's won 2015/16 West Of Scotland Champion and then National Champion at the Craft butchers Haggis competition. Since then our haggis has won two golden haggis awards and 4 peoples choice awards at the Haggis festival in Oban over the last 4 years. 2017/18 West Of Scotland Champion and 2019/20 West of Scotland Champion and Reserve Champion. Our haggis is rich and creamy, with a good level of spice.
Cooking Tips
Remove outer packaging,wrap haggis in foil and place in saucepan of boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes per 500g Oven Wrap in foil and place in 1 inch of water in an oven dish in a pre - heated oven for 40 minutes per 500g at 160C/GM 3.
