Cooking Tips
Remove outer packaging,wrap haggis in foil and place in saucepan of boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes per 500g Oven Wrap in foil and place in 1 inch of water in an oven dish in a pre - heated oven for 40 minutes per 500g at 160C/GM 3. For Haggis over 1.5Kg we provide a cooking bag and string. Place haggis in bag and squeeze air out of bag. tie tightly half way up the bag from haggis.
