Award winning bacon cured by hand using the very finest specially selected Scottish pork. No water is added to our bacon, resulting in a full flavoured, meaty bacon with minimal shrinkage during cooking.
Keep refrigerated between 0-3C. Once open, use within 3 date and by the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost for a minimum of 8 hours in a refrigerator and use within 24 hours. If defrosted – Do Not Freeze.
