Our Finest 100% Scotch Lamb
To the naked eye our carvery legs of lamb look no different to a leg of lamb. With some careful butchery the internal bone is removed and the leg is rolled and just looks like a leg of lamb.
Not only does it roast easily and looks great. Its also much easier to carve resulting in less loss.
This is a must for a family gathering. Ideal for Easter and a great alternative or addition to
the finest Christmas lunch.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.
Please wash hands after handling raw meat.
To roast pre-heat oven to 180°C/Gas mark 4-5.
For
Medium: 30 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes.
Well done: 35 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes.
After the roast comes out of the oven, cover it with foil and allow to rest for at least 10-15 minutes. This allows the meat to relax, making it more succulent and easier to carve.
