Great night for the wee Mearns T… at the Scottish Craft Butchers regional meeting where we retained our title of West of Scotland Black Pudding Champion.
In the gluten free product evaluation and best lamb product competition held a few weeks ago we won a few Golds which was great but (even better) we won the diamond for Scotland’s best lamb product.
Cash prize for exchange of my recipe to feature in a national campaign for lamb.
