All our beef is selected from the very finest Scotch Aberdeen Angus beef which has been grazed on lush green pastures and has developed marbling to ensure the best taste possible.

Suitable for freezing.

The whole fillet is ideal for beef wellington or simple roasting. Sear in a little oil or butter till well browned on all sides.If using for wellington please cool. if further roasting roast uncovered at 15 minutes per 455g/1lb. Allow to rest, covered with foil, prior to carving. This will give you a gorgeous rare to medium fillet.
