Our Signature Beef Wellington. – Signature Beef Wellington

We take the best centre cut fillet of Scotch Aberdeen Angus Beef and seal it at a very high heat. We then cool the beef. It is then placed on a bed of home made mushroom and brandy duxelle. Our homemade pate is spread generously on top and then its carefully wrapped in pastry. Contains 700g Fillet.

Contains : Gluten, Milk, Egg.

Please Note : This product maybe be presented frozen or previously frozen. Do not refreeze and use by 3 days of  this product being delivered.

For best results Defrost the wellington overnight in the fridge. Place on baking paper and place in a pre heated oven at 180/GM4 - 200/Gm5 for 45 minutes. If you prefer your beef not too pink cover in pastry reduce the temperature to 160/Gm3 and bake for a further 30minutes. Serve with dauphinois potatoes asparagus or green beans and a gravy.
