The finest strips of tender Aberdeen Angus steak with mushrooms and onions and served in a rich strogonoff sauce.
Pre heat a hot frying pan and add strognoff.Reduce heat to medium and cook for 4-5 minutes.
To cook simply transfer to a hot frying pan and fry for 4-5 minutes over a medium heat. Add some extra cream to make extra creamy . Serve with rice or pasta ribbons.
