In my humble opinion pork fillet is so under-rated.It is so lean and healthy, so quick to cook and so versatile. Stripped in stir fry, lightly breaded for pork nuggets, or in a pork stir fry it is a very versatile cut. It is a tasty and economical alternative to beef!

Freeze on day of receiving product.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.

Why not try cutting a few medallions and basking out to thin escalopes, fry in a little oil, add 2-3 teaspoons of really good mustard, some honey and cream = Honey mustard pork in minutes!
Alternatively, open your pork fillet and bash lightly fill with your choice of filling. Wrap in bacon and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180C/GM4.
