In the mild, and mediterranean climate, the vines are trained 80% on wire and 20% bush vine. The grapes are harvested from mid August until October partly by machine and partly by hand. Controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats over a period of 20 days.
Bright, juicy cherry and blackberry fruit sings from the glass. The palate is fresh and youthful with red cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry notes and a hint of balsamic.
A good match to grilled red meats, barbeques and stews.
