In the mild, and mediterranean climate, the vines are trained 80% on wire and 20% bush vine. The grapes are harvested from mid August until October partly by machine and partly by hand. Controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats over a period of 20 days.
An elegant, vibrant white with a crisp, refreshing bite. Notes of citrus, green apple and pear on the nose are followed with a zingy, lemony palate.
A great match with seafood, light pasta dishes or as an aperitif.
